Impersonation of public figures, celebrities, politicians, or deceased persons

Violation of platform terms of any service we integrate with

3. Upload Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and animate any photos you submit. Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.

4. Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of content moderation to enforce this policy:

Upload filtering — Uploaded images are screened for prohibited content before processing.
Output review — AI-generated animations are screened for policy violations before delivery.
User reporting — Users may report policy violations to support@animatephoto.io.
Manual review — Our team reviews flagged content and takes appropriate action.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

Warning notification
Temporary suspension of account access
Permanent account termination
Forfeiture of unused credits without refund
Reporting to law enforcement where required by law
